How to use saffron

For many dishes, start with a small pinch or a few threads. Gently steep the saffron in warm water for about 10–15 minutes, then add the infused liquid and threads to rice, tea, desserts, sauces or other recipes. Adjust the amount to the dish and your preferred intensity.

Incredible quality saffron. The stigmata are a deep, uniform crimson with zero yellow debris mixed into the jar. A tiny pinch bloomed in warm water yields a brilliant golden color and a potent, complex floral aroma that instantly elevates my paella and rice dishes, it provides much better culinary strength and value than typical grocery store brands. Meticulously packed, completely dry, and incredibly aromatic. Highly recommended for home cooks.
