How to use saffron

For many dishes, start with a small pinch or a few threads. Gently steep the saffron in warm water for about 10–15 minutes, then add the infused liquid and threads to rice, tea, desserts, sauces or other recipes. Adjust the amount to the dish and your preferred intensity.

I recently tried Zarmax Afghan Saffron and I’m really happy with it. As soon as I opened the package, I could smell the strong aroma, and the threads were a beautiful deep red color. You can tell it’s good quality.
I’ve used it in rice and tea so far, and it gave a nice color and flavor without needing much.
Overall, a great saffron product. I’ll definitely order again and would recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Afghan saffron!!
