THE ESSENTIAL ANSWERS

Where does ZARMAX saffron come from?

The current ZARMAX collection is presented as premium Super Negin saffron from Afghanistan. ZARMAX SAFFRON TRADING LTD. is incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.

Is every ZARMAX batch ISO certified?

We do not make that blanket claim in this launch design. We display a laboratory Quality Certificate of Analysis for referenced sample 004196, tested using ISO 3632-2:2010 methods. The document states that its result applies only to that sample.

What does the displayed certificate show?

For sample 004196 it records Crocin 294.5, Picrocrocin 111.8, Safranal 31.2 and artificial colorants absent. The certificate also prints the comparison thresholds used on the Quality Evidence page.

How should I use saffron?

Start with a few threads or a small pinch, bloom in warm water for around 10–15 minutes, then add the liquid and threads to your dish. Adjust to your recipe and taste.

Where will my order ship from?

Depending on stock, destination and the order, fulfillment may take place from Canadian inventory or directly from Afghanistan. The available shipping method and final rate are confirmed at checkout.

What is the return policy?

Return requests are accepted within 14 days for unopened, unused products in original packaging with proof of purchase. If approved, return shipping is customer-paid and the refund is issued as store credit.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Contact ZARMAX within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed for an appropriate resolution.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. Wholesale pricing is quoted on request. Send your required volume, delivery location and business details to info@zarmaxsaffron.com.

How can I contact ZARMAX?

Email info@zarmaxsaffron.com or call +1 (236) 971-7547. The current support response target is 24–48 business hours.
