ZARMAX saffron originates in Afghanistan and is imported into Canada. Every customer order is packed and shipped from our Canadian inventory. We do not ship customer orders directly from Afghanistan.

Canada: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
United States: approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch.
The checkout is the source of truth for the shipping method, available rate and final order total. Destination duties, taxes or import charges can apply and are the customer's responsibility where required.
14-day return request window
Return requests are accepted within 14 days for products that are unopened, unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. If approved, the customer pays return shipping and the refund is issued as store credit rather than cash.
Damaged, defective or incorrect item: contact ZARMAX within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed for an appropriate resolution such as replacement or store credit.
