When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number via email within 1-2 business days after placing your order, once your package has been shipped.

My tracking shows no updates. What should I do?

Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update after shipping. If you still see no updates after 48 hours, please contact us and we will investigate.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by location:
• EU: 5-10 business days (Standard) / 2-4 days (Express)
• UK: 7-12 business days (Standard) / 3-5 days (Express)
• US/Canada: 10-15 business days (Standard) / 5-8 days (Express)
• Rest of World: 12-20 business days (Standard) / 7-12 days (Express)

What if my package is delayed?

Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or high shipping volumes. If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we can update the address. Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

What if my package shows as delivered but I did not receive it?

First, check with neighbors or building management. Packages are sometimes left in safe locations. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we will file a claim with the carrier.

Tracking International Shipments

For international orders, your package may pass through multiple carriers and customs facilities. Tracking updates may show:

Origin Country (Afghanistan/Germany):
Initial tracking shows package leaving our facility and entering the international shipping network.

In Transit:
Package is traveling internationally. Updates may be less frequent during this phase.

Customs Clearance:
Package arrives in your country and goes through customs inspection. This can take 1-5 business days.

Local Delivery Network:
After customs clearance, your local postal service or courier takes over for final delivery.
