2. Orders & Payment
All prices are in USD and subject to change. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates only. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
4. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost – contact us immediately with photos.
5. Products
All saffron is 100% pure Super Negin grade from Herat, Afghanistan, ISO 3632 Grade I certified. Product images are for illustration purposes only. We do not make medical claims.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Zarmax Saffron and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zarmax Saffron is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
