Shipping Policy – Zarmax Saffron

Where do we ship from? Depending on your order and availability, your package will be shipped either from our warehouse in Burnaby, BC, Canada or directly from our source in Herat, Afghanistan. You will be notified of the shipping origin with your order confirmation.

Delivery times:

• From Canada: 3–7 business days (domestic), 7–14 business days (international)
• From Afghanistan: 10–21 business days (international)

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customs & duties: For international orders shipped from Afghanistan, customs fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
