Return & Refund Policy – Zarmax Saffron

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Due to the nature of our product (premium food/spice), we cannot accept returns on opened items.

How to start a return: Contact us at Info@zarmaxsaffron.com. Once approved, ship the item back to: Zarmax Saffron Trading Ltd., 3770 Manor St, Burnaby, BC V5G 4T5, Canada Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds: Approved returns will receive a store credit (gift voucher) — no cash refunds. Store credit will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-returnable items: Opened products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damages & issues: Contact us immediately at Info@zarmaxsaffron.com if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

EU customers: If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days under EU cooling-off regulations, provided the item is unopened.
