ZARMAX SAFFRON TRADING LTD. is a Canadian incorporated business and the saffron originates in Afghanistan. Depending on stock, destination and the order, fulfillment may take place from Canadian inventory or directly from Afghanistan.
Estimated delivery after processing
From Canadian stock: approximately 3–7 business days within Canada and 7–14 business days for international delivery.
From Afghanistan: international delivery is estimated at approximately 10–21 business days.
The checkout is the source of truth for the shipping method, available rate and final order total. Destination duties, taxes or import charges can apply and are the customer's responsibility where required.
14-day return request window
Return requests are accepted within 14 days for products that are unopened, unused, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. If approved, the customer pays return shipping and the refund is issued as store credit rather than cash.
Damaged, defective or incorrect item: contact ZARMAX within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be reviewed for an appropriate resolution such as replacement or store credit.
